YT24型凿岩机是一种高效率的凿岩机，在低气压条件下具有良好的性能，特别适宜于输气管路较长或以小型空压机为动力条件下使用。主要用于采矿和巷道掘进中的凿岩作业，也是铁路，水利建设和国防石方工程中的重要工具，与FY200B型注油器和FT140B型气腿配套，可对中硬和坚硬岩石进行湿式凿岩，钻凿水平和倾斜炮孔；卸掉气腿也可装在台车上使用。

使用与维护：

使用时的注意事项：

1、机器出厂前注有防锈油，使用前应拆洗干净，重新组装时配合表面应涂润滑油放即可使用。

2、连接气管时必须吹净管内杂物，以免杂物机内研损机件。

3、开动机器前，必须细心检查各操纵机构和运行部件是否装配正确可靠。注油器内要装满润滑油，并调节好油量。

4、机器工作结束，应先切断水源再轻运转片刻，吹净机内残余水滴，防止零生锈。

5、常用的机器，应注意定期保养和维修。至少每周应检查一次，清除机内脏物，更换损坏和失效的零件。

6、用过的机器，如果长时间存放，必须拆洗、除油、放置阴凉干燥处。

凿岩机的操作：

YT24型气腿式凿岩机的操纵机构全集中于柄体（25）上。

1、操纵阀：

操纵阀（20）由操纵把（32）控制，共有五个位置。

2、调压阀与换向阀

调压阀（29）是调节气腿推力的装置。换向阀（38）是操纵气腿快速伸缩装

置，在作业过程中，气腿的推进长度如不满足凿深要求，只要勾动扳机（37）

推动换向阀，气腿便快速缩回，进行换位。

3、注油器：

TY200B型注油器，调节油量方便，只需拨动油阀手柄即可，通常情况下，过油量以2.5-3毫升、分为宜。
