犁耕作业

手扶拖拉机牵引单向双铧犁作业时，一侧驱动轮在未耕地上，另一侧驱动轮在犁沟内，两轮与地面间的附着系数不同，打滑率各异，致使机组常向一个方向偏驶。对于东风一12型手扶拖拉机可进行以下的调整加以解决：调整牵引架上左右两个调整螺钉与中间连接架之间的间隙值（摆动间隙），681型单向双铧犁调到1.5mm左右，1LS一220型和701型单向双铧犁则调到5 mm左右。在犁耕过程中，如发现拖拉机仍向右偏驶，可将两个紧固螺钉松开，旋短左调整螺钉的伸出部分，旋长右螺钉的伸出部分。直到放开扶手架机组能沿沟壁正常行驶为止。

旋耕作业

旋耕作业中产生偏驶的可能原因：尾轮又变形、尾轮轴在叉内装配不到位等使尾轮偏斜：尾轮轴上的轴承损坏或严重磨损：犁刀装错或断裂、掉落。当旋耕作业发生跑偏现象时，应针对具体情况对相关零件进行矫正、修复、重装或更换。在问题解决前，应尽量不使用转向离合器纠偏，而是用推拉扶手架的方法纠偏。

播种作业

手扶拖拉机进行播种作业时．多为2种配套情况：一是牵手扶拖拉机引式播种机。如ABQ一8型谷物播种机；二是同步传动的ZBG一6A型稻麦条播机。播种作业中发生机组偏驶的主要原因是，在播幅方向上播种头(或开沟器)安装高度不一致或左右不对称，旋切犁刀配置和安装时发生错误或断裂脱落，牵引架碰撞变形歪偏等。由于上述原因．播种作业时在播幅方向上承受阻力不等，产生扭转力矩，致使机组偏驶。为此，在播种作业前应仔细检查播种机技术状态，按规定配置和安装旋切犁刀，播种头(或开沟器)应对称配置．保证安装高度一致且符合农艺要求。
